from dallas to venice

Whats the cheapest way to get to Venice from Dallas?

As in, is there another route I should take to Europe, then take a train? I am interested in getting lost in the city (in a good way) to enjoy Venice alone. I just want to get there cheap…and any advice on hostels, or lodging would be even better.

Check fares from Dallas to London (any airport), then take EasyJet or Ryan Air to either Trieste’s Ronchi Airport or to Marco Polo (Venice Airport). From Trieste there is an inexpensive direct train. From Marco Polo you can take a bus.

You can also sometimes find good fares to Milan. From Milan you can take the train or a local flight.

For low-priced lodging and eats, I recommend you read travel books by Rick Steves and by Lonely Planet.

Venice is one of my favorite cities, and I am there at least three times a year. I envy you that you are going to see it for the first time! Go! Enjoy!

oklahoma okies vs the dallas cowboys?

who else thinks oklahoma should get an nfl team. and wat would be a good name. the oklahoma natives?

OU AND OSU along with the up and coming thunder are all huge parts of oklahoma sports. nun bigger than ou football of course. with football being such a big part of oklahoma it would prosper i believe and stimulate the economy. more jobs. more money to go back to the state. if ou is so big. this nfl team would be huge. no more resorting to other states to become fans of. Dallas mainly. And i believe they could put it in sand springs. it is growing fast. ok city has their team…. and every where will continue to grow….. thank you

Put the stadium at Stroud, half way between OKC and Tulsa, where both major cities can claim them like Dallas and Ft. Worth do DFW airport. There is a place where the tornado took out that mall. Simply call them Okies.

Where can I find an affordable hotel in Dallas with a jacuzzi?

I am am looking for a hotel room with a jacuzzi/hot tub in Dallas, TX. I would like to find a hotel that is at least 3 star but don’t want to pay over $300? Asking too much?

Let me know if you know of anything, please!

Oh… Bed and breakfast recommendations would be fine, too, but my main interest is in a hotel.
